Please read our shipping terms carefully for a smooth delivery experience.

1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday–Saturday

  • Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed the next business day

If there is any delay (rare), we will notify you via WhatsApp/SMS.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your city:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Cities: 3–7 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 working days

These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order weight

  • Available promotions

Standard shipping fee for most orders: 250pkr

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across Pakistan.
Please ensure:

  • Your phone is active to receive courier calls

  • You have the cash amount ready at the time of delivery

  • You or someone at home can receive the parcel

Refusing a COD order will result in the cancellation of future COD eligibility.

5. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed:

  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation

  • We may contact you via WhatsApp for verification if required

  • Unverified orders may be canceled automatically

6. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number

  • You can track it on the courier’s website

  • Tracking may take 12–24 hours to update

7. Incorrect Address / Info Issues

We are not responsible for delays or lost orders due to:

  • Wrong shipping address

  • Wrong phone number

  • Customer not answering calls

  • Customer unavailable at delivery time

If the parcel returns due to these reasons, reshipping charges will apply.

8. Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed:

  • Contact us at [Your WhatsApp / Email]

  • Provide your order number

  • We will coordinate with the courier service

For missing parcels, we will investigate with the courier and resolve it as soon as possible.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Pakistan-only deliveries for now.
