Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns/exchanges only if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • The item has no perfume, stains, or damage

  • The original tags/packaging are included

  • A return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

Items that do NOT qualify for return:

  • Used or washed items

  • Items with stains or damage after delivery

  • Items purchased on sale or discounted

  • Free gifts


2. Exchanges (Size / Product Swap)

We offer size exchanges if:

  • Your size doesn’t fit

  • The product is still in original condition

  • An exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The requested size is in stock

Customers are responsible for return courier charges.
We will ship the new size back to you free (or with minimal fee depending on location).


3. Refunds

We currently do not offer cash refunds except when:

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received a damaged product

  • The product is out of stock after you paid

If approved, refunds are issued as:

  • Store credit / voucher, OR

  • Bank transfer (only for wrong/damaged items)


4. Wrong or Damaged Item

If you receive:

❌ Wrong item
❌ Defective item
❌ Damaged item

Please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos and short video 5 to 6 second of the product

  • Packaging

  • Order number

We will replace it at no extra cost.


5. How to Request a Return

Include:

  • Order number

  • Your name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos and 5 to 6 second short video

We will reply within 24–48 hours.


6. Shipping for Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We recommend using a tracked courier service.

  • We are not responsible for lost return packages.


7. Delivery Refusal / Unclaimed Orders

If an order is refused at delivery or not picked up:

  • Reshipping cost must be paid again.

  • Refunds are not issued for refused COD orders.
